Jennifer August-Ruiz is a licensed associate real estate broker with more than 12 years of experience serving buyers and sellers throughout Central Florida. Jennifer's career is rooted in marketing, research and strategic problem-solving. Before entering real estate, she owned and operated a family marketing business for a decade, conducting extensive public records research and developing targeted marketing solutions for businesses across multiple counties. She also gained valuable industry experience at RE/MAX Regional Headquarters for Florida and the Carolinas before launching her real estate career in 2014. Since then, she has consistently earned recognition for her performance, including multiple Top Agent honors and annual President's Club recognition.

A licensed associate real estate broker, Jennifer holds the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation, the RCS-D® Real Estate Collaboration Specialist - Divorce designation, and Gold Key Certification through the Orlando Regional REALTOR® Association. She is also relocation and veteran certified, providing specialized guidance for customers navigating complex life transitions.
